Technology & Software Requirements

Minimum Requirements:
    * Regular access to high speed or broadband connection (e.g., DSL or Cable)

    * Internet Explorer and/or Mozilla Firefox

    * Access to webcam and microphone (may not be immediately required, but will be used in various classes)

    * An email account which is checked daily

    * Microsoft Office Suite (all assignments are to submitted in format from this suite, eg. papers must be in Microsoft Word; no other format will be accepted)

    * Adobe Acrobat Reader (for .pdf files)

Minimum Requirements for Computer:

      If you are using an IBM-compatible computer, you will need:
          o Windows 2000, NT 4.0, XP or higher
          o 400 MHz Intel Pentium processor or equivalent
          o 256 MB RAM
          o Color monitor capable of at least 800 x 600 resolution (optional but preferred)

      If you are using a Macintosh computer, you will need:
          o Mac OS 9.0 or later
          o G3 processor or higher
          o 256 MB RAM
          o Color monitor capable of at least 800 x 600 resolution
