Comments on UGST: It’s hard to narrow it down, but one that comes to mind is Jeff Garner demonstrating the difference between preaching at your audience and preaching with your audience by asking questions, making eye contact and working to really connect with people on a personal level.  Also, a quote from Jeff Brickle seems to sum it up: "Graduate school is like trying to drink from a fire hydrant." I'm always willing to discuss the topics dealt with by my thesis on increased authenticity in missions partnerships.
