The Vision

On October 11, 2011, the UPCI General Board approved for Urshan Graduate School of Theology to start a new undergraduate Christian college program on the current UGST campus in Florissant, MO (St. Louis area). On November 18, 2011, the UGST board voted on the name Urshan College for this new school. The goal is to provide an accredited undergraduate college education in an Apostolic, Spirit-filled environment, as an alternative to either secular or Christian colleges of other denominations. The new program is distinctly Apostolic with a core curriculum that includes Bible and theology. An Apostolic worldview forms the basis and context for study. The college has a specific UPCI identity with regard to organization, doctrine, and lifestyle.

The mission of Urshan College is to educate, equip, and empower Apostolics for life and servant leadership in the church and the world.

How Can I Help?

The men and women of UGST and Urshan College have worked hard to establish an Apostolic Christian college and make it a success. They have poured countless hours into strategically developing a mission statement, a curriculum, and an institutional team. Our motivation is both to help individuals pursue ministry aspirations and to prepare them for the workforce, all in a distinctly UPCI setting. Urshan College is built on a foundation of biblical truth, academic excellence, and Spirit-filled community. Urshan College will encourage students to seek God’s purpose and educate them to serve and impact their church, career, and community.

Please give to this pioneering vision that will provide Apostolic higher education and will cultivate a relationship with Jesus Christ. Urshan College is working to establish a reputation for producing reliable, God-centered students who affect their world and workplace. We need your help to launch this endeavor by a gift of any amount.
